The Superferry should find out next week if it can continue operating while an environmental impact study is completed.  

After 20 days of testimony, the Hawaii Superferry evidence was wrapped up Friday afternoon. The two sides will present final arguments to 2nd Circuit Judge Joseph Cardoza on Monday morning on whether the ferry can operate while an environmental assessment is prepared.
